Commissions Info & Terms of Service (ToS)

General

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

  • I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork for portfolio use and self-promotion.

  • Please provide clear and detailed references when submitting your request. Revisions requested due to missing information in the original brief will count toward your included revision limit.

  • Clients have three minor revisions.

  • Estimated completion may take 2-5 weeks depending on complexity.

RIGHTS & USAGE

Use of my artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency-related purposes, or generative AI training is strictly prohibited.All commissions are for personal use only unless a Commercial License has been purchased.Clients may not misuse the commissioned artwork, such as:
- Claiming the commissioned work as your own or someone else's work
- Reproduce the work as a merchandise (for non-commercial commission)
- Modifying my workI retain all rights to the commissioned artwork for portfolio use and self-promotion.
I may share sketches and process videos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the Privacy Option (NDA) has been selected during the request process.

REVISIONS

Clients have a maximum of three revisions during the sketching phase.Additional revisions requested after sketch approval may require an extra fee or a new order, depending on the complexity of the change.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Estimated completion time takes 2-5 weeks depending on complexity and workload. If there are any circumstances that may result in a delay, it will be communicated in advance.Final delivery includes high-resolution PNG and JPG format (300 DPI).Source files (.PSD / .CLIP) are not included in the base price.Please inform me beforehand if you want the no background PNG version, otherwise I cannot guarantee if I can send you the PNG version.

PAYMENT

ON VGEN

Under $100: Full upfront payment is required before work begins. (Full Payment Method)Over $100 (50/50 Split Option): 50% upfront before starting, and 50% after the sketch phase is approved. (Two-Payment Method)

OUT OF VGEN (PAYPAL/ BINANCE)

Under $100: Full upfront payment is required before work begins. (Full Payment Method)Over $100 (75/25 Split Option): 75% upfront before starting, and 25% after the sketch phase is approved. (Two-Payment Method)

REFUNDS

Once sketch begins, no refunds will be issued.

Client Inactivity: If a client becomes unresponsive after payment has been made, the project will follow the inactivity timeline outlined in the Deadlines and Delivery section. No refund will be issued for work already completed up to that point.Emergencies: If I am unable to fulfill the commission due to a severe emergency, I will provide the current Work-In-Progress files and issue a fair, prorated partial refund based on the work completed.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

BRIEF EXAMPLE

You don’t have to answer all questions in the brief, but the more information provided, the faster your commission will be completed.• Client social media account
• PayPal email
• NDA/Commercial option: (leave blank if not applicable)
• Type of commission: (e.g., half-body, full color)
• Brief: (Describe how you want the character(s) to be drawn, their story, expressions, actions, etc.)
• Colored references for character (links or attachments, as many as possible)
• References for background: (if applicable)
• Character personalities or backstories (optional)
• If the brief is difficult to describe in words, you can send a stick figure drawing with annotations.
• Discuss details via Instagram, but send the brief via email.
• Specify if you want more than one character in the same artwork, or they will be drawn separately.

By buying my commission, you agree to have read and agreed to my ToS at the time.

PERSONAL USE

Social Media: Use as a profile picture, banner, or post.
Personal Space: Phone/PC wallpapers as examples.
Printing: Making a physical copy for your home or as a gift for a friend.CREDIT TO @ebm_art IS REQUIERED WHEN POSTING

COMMERCIAL USE

Promotional: Use for YouTube/Twitch branding or ads.
Merchandise: Printing the art on shirts, stickers, or posters to sell.
Publication: Using the art for book covers or album art.
Rights: Includes the right to use the art for profit-making ventures.COMMERCIAL FEES DOES NOT INCLUDE EXCLUSIVITY. Credits are obligatory and must be visible to the audience.

PRIVATE FEE/NDA/ EXCLUSIVITY

If you don’t want to include my watermark or you don’t want me to use/ upload the commission (including sketches) on my social media/ portfolio, there will be a fee of 50% of the commission's total price.

BEST PRACTICES

  • Communication: Send clear references! The more visual info I have, the closer I get to your vision on the first try.

  • Feedback: Be specific during the sketch phase. It’s much easier to change a pose now than when the lineart is done!

  • Payments: Prompt payments keep the queue moving and ensure your slot stays locked in.

  • Usage: Feel free to use the art as your profile pic or banner, just remember to tag me please.
